Borough Alliance Awarded FA Charter Status!

We are pleased to announce that the club has been awarded Charter Standard by the Football Association. We have been working for this level for many years so are extremely proud to have achieved it in time for the new season.
Details can be found at FA Charter Standard. The FA Charter Standard is a kitemark, which recognises and rewards high quality levels of provision in club and league football. The kitemark is awarded to clubs and leagues that are well run, sustainable, which place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount.
We are a club run by volunteers and everyone has been a part of reaching this goal. We have more qualified coaches than ever with a high emphasis on providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children of any ability to play football. We want to keep growing though so more volunteers are always welcome – plenty of things going on: knowledge of football isn’t a prerequisite.
All teams will be training again by September. All primary school age groups will be training at Symingtons at 9:30 on Saturdays as ever – first week is 5th September. As before, no long term commitment required for training – just bring some shin pads.
