Registration for next season

18/06/2016

image1Please find attached the timings and payment details for the “sign-on” event at Symingtons Recreation Ground on Sunday 26 June.

The annual subs remain the same this year, although we have increased the “sign-on” fee. Everyone who signs-on will get a club sponsored top, which can be ordered at the event. These will be available at the beginning of the season.

Parents need to accompany their child/children to the event as the paperwork needs to be signed by both the player and the parent/guardian.

This year we have also included the “Respect Code of Conduct for Young Players and Spectators, Parents and Carers”, with each form, which we require everyone to agree to abide by. Please note that everyone who plays, whether they sign on or just attend training sessions needs to complete a “Player Record”.

The player Registration Forms for the various leagues will be available at the sign-on event.
